Are you having difficulty dealing with things on your own? I am registered therapeutic counsellor based in Bolton. I have experience working with many issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, relationship issues.

​

 

I also specialise in working with grief and bereavement and all the many issues and feelings a loss can bring. Grief and bereavement doesn’t just refer to the death of a loved one. We also experience grief following the breakdown of a relationship or friendship, the loss of a job, retirement, the loss of ourselves due to physical or mental impairment, moving house, a child moving out of the family home. The list goes on. I have also done a lot of grief work with clients going through fertility issues and pregnancy loss – including those currently going through the process or those that have come to the end of their journey

All these experiences can bring thoughts and feelings we associate with grief. Guilt, anger, regret, relief, loss of purpose, the changing of our roles in family or society. It can leave us feeling isolated, anxious, shameful and as though we have lost our identity 
I work with client to help process the loss and support them in moving forward with their life

 I am passionate about helping people work through their problems, discover new perspectives, strengths and overall, themselves. I work on a short-term or long-term basis depending on your personal needs and what suits you
